CRS Day

CRS Day is a day of special programming for residential sales agents during each NAR Annual Conference and Expo. Two educational panels are presented and are comprised of CRS Designees who share their strategies, systems and successes.  Attendees can begin the day with NAR sessions including the Economic Issues and Residential Real Estate Business Trends Forum and end the day with the Expo Grand Opening.  Conference registrants can attend CRS Day for free.

CRS Day 2008

CRS Day 2008 will include two interactive panel discussions held on Friday, November 7, 2008 at the National Association of REALTORS® Conference and Expo in Orlando!
 
Strength with Sellers in a Challenging Market
12:30-2:00pm
 
Don't get stuck with an overpriced listing and an unmovable seller. Learn how to present the facts, offer options, and walk away if the seller's unwilling to cooperate, and still maintain a good reputation in your marketplace.
  • Overcoming “being upside down”
  • Getting a salable price (scripts, stats)
  • Correcting price if market continues to change post-listing
Moderator: Chuck Bode, CRS
Chuck Bode sold 54 units his first year in real estate without a computer or a personal assistant! This former high school teacher and coach has a rare blend of humor, real-world experience and passion for the real estate industry. As a CRS Senior Instructor, he has delivered educational programs in all 50 states, plus several foreign countries. He has been a featured speaker at many state conventions, NAR’s National Convention and private company programs. Bode willingly shares his ideas, techniques, scripts and dialogues with his students.

Moderator: Gee Dunsten, CRS 
Gee Dunsten has been in the trenches of the real estate business for three decades, selling more than $200 million during his career. For over 10 years, Dunsten has been a CRS Senior Instructor and served as its 2001 National President. An author and speaker, his hands-on approach to real estate training has made him a popular speaker at the NAR Convention and other conventions and seminars. He has taught in 49 of the 50 states and foreign countries as far-flung as Australia and New Zealand.
